As the Playleader the opportunity will involve supervising a team to deliver a successful play provision for children at Breakfast Club. The role requires someone who can work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to a quality play care service responsive to the needs of children and their parents. About you: You will have: Experience working with young people, ideally in a play-based, youth work, or educational setting. The ability to lead and motivate a small team, ensuring smooth and safe daily operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and empathetic approach. A good understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour management practices. Basic food hygiene knowledge and a willingness to undertake relevant training (e.g., first aid, medication administration).
