Duties of the Service Advisor include:
7. Interpreting customer concerns and liaising effectively with technicians
8. Scheduling service appointments and explaining repair work to customers
9. Providing cost estimates and delivery times for vehicle repairs
10. Handling customer inquiries, complaints and requests professionally
11. Managing the workshop process by tracking vehicle progress
12. Upselling additional services, such as service plans and warranties
13. Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Candidate fit for the Service Advisor role:
14. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised or main dealer environment
15. Good communication and organisational skills
16. Ability to interpret technical information for customers
17. Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
18. Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel within Wimbledon, Battersea, and Croydon areas
