Our Technical Services Consultant roleencompasses two main activities: Technical Consulting for both on premise andon cloud Clients, and Configuration, Deployment and Technical Monitoring forour Clients in cegedim.cloud.
Working aspartof a joint Cegedim/client team, this client facing role is a mixture ofworking from home, working on client sites and at our central Bristoloffice.
What’sinvolved?
* Provide technical consultancy to clients and inside theorganisation in the deployment and usage of our software
* Define the technical architecture for the integration of oursoftware within Client and 3rd party strategic partners ecosystems.This includes defining Integration Strategy, completing gaps analysis,interface design, security analysis and software selection
* Plan, implement and manage data migration activities from clientexisting systems / applications
* Define infrastructure architecture for implementation projects on-premiseand on SaaS for software, hardware, and network requirements
* Participate in implementation projects, owning technical work-streamsincluding liaison with clients on their development and infrastructureactivities.
* Understanding and supporting smooth release delivery andinstallations for clients
* Deploy and Configure Actisure and IDHP releases in our cloudenvironments, using deployment and configuration tools released by the Head ofCloud
* With the Technical Services Manager, identify theCloud and On Premise requirements for Configuration, Deploymentand Monitoring tools
