I'm currently working with a well-established business based in Kingswinford who are looking to bring in an experienced Finance Administrator on a short-term contract to support their busy finance team.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can quickly get up to speed and add value across transactional finance and general admin.
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate records
2. Supporting the purchase ledger function, including supplier payments
3. Raising and updating purchase orders
4. Assisting with reconciliations and general finance administration
5. Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
6. High-volume data entry and system updates
7. Providing ad hoc support to the wider finance team
Candidate Profile
8. Previous experience in a finance admin or accounts payable role
9. Solid understanding of purchase ledger processes
10. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
11. Confident using Excel and finance systems
12. Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
13. Available immediately or at short notice
