Salary: £195 - £302 per day
Empowering Learning is seeking an inspiring and dedicated English Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Bourne End. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact on student outcomes, with progression opportunities and potential TLR for the right candidate.
We welcome Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced educators with experience of delivering strong GCSE results.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Teach and deliver the English GCSE Curriculum to a high standard
* Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons each day
* Contribute to SLT and English Department meetings, offering input on key decisions
* Support pupils with SEN or additional learning needs
* Experienced Teachers - bring leadership experience or a desire to progress into a TLR roleRequirements:
Previous experience teaching English within a secondary school setting
* Experience of achieving strong GCSE results
* Passion for English and enthusiasm for delivering engaging lessons
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) essential - ECTs welcome to applyWhat We Offer:
