Join Evri as a Senior International Business Manager and play a critical role in unlocking international growth opportunities across our existing domestic client portfolio, increasing share of wallet and driving sustainable profit. What you'll be doing As a Senior International Business Manager, you will be responsible for generating and closing international opportunities from Evri's existing Hermes client base. Working closely with the Client Development team, you will own the end-to-end international sales process, from identifying opportunities through to onboarding and ongoing account management. You will act as a cross-border specialist within the International function, building strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining detailed sales records, and developing post-sale relationships to ensure long-term success. You will influence product direction, contribute to business strategy, and ensure our international solutions continue to meet evolving client needs. Responsibilities Own and deliver the full end-to-end international sales process for existing domestic clients, including bids and tenders. Meet or exceed international new business targets while growing profit within the International P and L through high-margin deals. Build, manage, and grow international client relationships, including onboarding and ongoing account development. Collaborate closely with Client Development, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to drive international growth. Contribute to wider business strategy, competitor insight, and international product development initiatives. Interested? Here's what you'll need to be successful Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent commercial experience. Extensive experience in international sales and account management, ideally within a B2C environment. Proven track record of selling and negotiating at board level and closing international deals. Strong commercial insight, market awareness, and the ability to work at pace across multiple priorities.
