Business Development Manager: Fire and Security
Location: Field-based (South Yorkshire)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (Depending on Experience)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to spearhead the sales and growth of our advanced cloud-based CCTV, access control systems, and specialised weapons detection technology. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy self-starter with a strong sales and business development background.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies for cloud-based CCTV, access control systems, and unique weapons detection products.
* Identify and target potential customers, including businesses, government agencies, and other organisations.
* Conduct market research to uncover new sales opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
1. Client Relationship Management:
* Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, emphasising the features and benefits of our technology solutions.
* Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
2. Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach.
* Develop and execute business development plans to meet company growth objectives.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
3. Technical Expertise:
* Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in cloud-based CCTV, access control technologies, and venue security needs.
* Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process.
* Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
* Prepare regular reports on sales activities, business development initiatives, and market feedback.
* Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience in sales and business development, preferably in the security technology or cloud services industry.
* Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
