About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration and Finance Officer to join our Children's Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and financial support, helping ensure the smooth and effective delivery of services.
This is a varied position where you'll play a key role in maintaining systems, supporting service users, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Key Responsibilities
🗂️ Administration & Office Coordination
Maintain efficient office systems including post handling, message taking, room bookings, and staff movement trackingManage service user referrals and maintain accurate recordsSupport access to records and information sharing with external agenciesMaintain documentation and information systems in line with organisational policiesAssist with staff induction and training related to administrative processesđź’· Financial & Budget Support
Assist with budget preparation and ongoing monitoringTrack income and expenditure against budgets and forecastsPrepare audit information and financial reportsProcess invoices and ensure income is recorded, receipted, and banked accuratelyManage staff and volunteer expenses in line with policyUndertake payroll reconciliation checks as requiredđź”’ Compliance & Systems
