We are now looking for ambitious and well-connected Account Managers / Partnerships Representatives to help expand our network of active promoters and event partners.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and highly motivated individual with experience or contacts in the live events, nightlife, music, entertainment, or cultural sectors.
You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting promoters onto the Ticketdotter platform, building strong relationships and helping drive commercial growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, naturally strong at relationship‑building, and excited by the chance to work with a platform supporting the future of independent events and culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach new promoter and event organiser leads
* Build relationships with potential partners and introduce them to the Ticketdotter platform
* Support prospects through the onboarding journey
* Maintain accurate lead notes and pipeline updates
* Work collaboratively with the wider partnerships and growth team
* Spot opportunities to develop long‑term commercial relationships
* Represent the Ticketdotter brand in a professional and engaging way
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in sales, partnerships, account management, or business development
* Well connected within events, nightlife, music, hospitality, or entertainment
* Confident speaking with promoters, founders, venue teams, and decision‑makers
* Highly self‑motivated and target‑driven
* Organised, proactive, and strong at follow‑up
* Comfortable working independently
* Passionate about culture, live events, and helping partners grow
* Previous experience in event sales, ticketing, promotions, hospitality, artist services, or media partnerships
* Existing network of promoters, venue contacts, or event organisers
* Experience working in startup, agency, or fast‑paced commercial environments
* Strong understanding of grassroots events and nightlife culture
