About The Role
Are you looking to utilise your skills in the hair and beauty industry?
As a Skills Practitioner, you will provide learning and technical support to staff and students within the division, and undertake assessment and quality assurance duties as required by the college and awarding bodies.
In this role, you will liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders as necessary, provide feedback to students to aid their progression and achievement, and manage stock control, including ordering and issuing supplies.
Essential information:
Hours: 28 hours per week
Salary (pro rata per annum): £14,983
Holiday Pay (paid in 12 monthly installments): £2,171
Working Pattern: To be discussed at interview; typically spread across Monday to Friday.

About You
We seek an organized and efficient team member with excellent communication skills who can facilitate learners and provide demonstrations to support outstanding provision within EKC Group.
The ideal candidate will have recent industrial experience in a relevant area, be qualified to Level 3 in a relevant subject, and ideally have experience in education or workplace training. You should be capable of working with young people to help them achieve their full potential, aligned with the Group's culture and ethos.
You will also be responsible for maintaining high health and safety standards in practical environments and managing resources within budget.
