Role Overview
We are looking for Young Ambassadors (aged 16‑25) to join our Lancashire Young Person's service in Burnley and help provide high‑quality recovery care to a diverse client group.
Key Responsibilities
- Local outreach events, such as stalls at colleges and Pride events
- Interview panels
- Administration tasks to support the service
- 1‑2‑1 mentoring for 10‑24 year olds
- Involvement in co‑production events, such as forums and groups at local and organisational level

Pay Rates
Under 18 years of age – £8.00 per hour
18 to 20 years – £10.85 per hour
21 years or over – £12.71 per hour

Person Specification / Qualifications
We are looking for someone who can display our values whilst working with vulnerable children and young people. You should be enthusiastic, keen to learn about the work we do, a real team player and able to communicate with a wide range of people.
