VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting an industry leading Facilities Management company in Warrenpoint with the recruitment of a Senior Planner to join their expanding team.
This is a position that requires combining excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking skills.
This is a Monday - Friday position (Full Time) - Permanent position
Compensation & Benefits:

Key Duties and Responsibilities
You will be part of the Senior Management Team, overseeing both site staff and field engineers.
3. Coordinate all planned cyclical maintenance programs.
4. Prepare and deliver internal and external weekly/monthly client reports.
5. Allocate resources for daily, weekly, and monthly planned works.
6. Liaise professionally with clients and supply chain, ensuring clear communication.
7. Monitor and manage KPIs to meet internal and client expectations.
8. Support with claims, variations, and general queries.
9. Assist the Commercial Manager with supplier and subcontractor procurement.
10. Work with your team to produce accurate cost-value analyses.
11. Adhere to data protection policies.
12. Perform other duties as required.
Health & Safety
13. Comply with all health & safety regulations and company policies.
14. Promptly report any health & safety incidents or concerns.
15. Ensure all risk assessments and safe systems of work are read, signed, and followed.
16. Follow manual handling guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
17. Full UK Driving Licence
18. Third-level qualification
19. Experience in compliance or planning management
20. Proven senior-level client relationship management
