As Caseworker Manager, you will be the first point of contact for internal teams and also external organisations and responsible for managing all administration around complex and highly confidential cases. Day-to-day, this role will involve diary management for an expert team, maintaining and updating databases, assisting with the creation of external reports, responding to telephone calls and emails and other general office administration. Our client work with very sensitive cases therefore it is essential the successful candidate is able to remain discreet in their work, are highly resilient and able to manage an often large workload.
