Overview
Join Cure Talent as a Graduate Production Engineer and support manufacturing operations at a leading medical device company. In this role, you will ensure production equipment is validated, maintained, and operating effectively while implementing process improvements to deliver high‑quality products to specification.
Responsibilities
* Validate equipment and processes, including preparing protocols, testing, and reporting.
* Investigate and resolve production issues affecting product quality in collaboration with the Engineering team.
* Implement process improvements, including automation, to optimise efficiency and quality.
* Create, update, and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and risk analyses in line with QMS requirements.
* Monitor equipment faults and process capability, using data analysis to suggest and implement improvements.
Key Requirements
* Experience/Placement in a Production Engineering role ideally, in a regulated environment.
* Knowledge of equipment and process validation, including documentation and reporting.
* Ability to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
* Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS), SOPs, and risk management tools.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence outcomes.
