Regional Sales Manager\nLocation: Manchester - North Region\nSalary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Car + Commission\n\n Are you a driven sales professional with a proven track record in winning new business? We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and lead sales efforts across the North of England, based around Manchester. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and opening doors to new opportunities.\n \nThe Role:\n As the Regional Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities.
We're not looking for someone to just manage existing accounts; we need a proactive individual who can win new business and grow our client base. The role is focused in the ventilation sector, so any prior experience with ventilation, controls or air-conditioning would be beneficial.\n \nKey responsibilities include:\n \nDeveloping and executing a regional sales strategy to drive growth across the North of England. \nIdentifying and targeting new business prospects across a variety of sectors.
\nBuilding strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. \nManaging the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals. \nCollaborating with the wider sales team to share insights and strategies for success.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by results and wants to take ownership of their region. Success in this role will see you fast-tracked to Head of Northern Sales within 12 months, offering significant career progression.\n \nAbout You:\n We’re looking for a candidate who:\n \nHas a proven track record of securing new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets. \nCan show success in opening doors with new clients, regardless of the industry.
\nIs results-driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. \nPossesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. \nIs able to work independently but also collaborate effectively with the team.
\nHas a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel across the South of England. What We Offer:\n \nA competitive base salary of £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience. \nA company car.
