Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Wembley, HA9 A nurturing, Montessori-inspired early years nursery setting dedicated to supporting children’s independence, curiosity, and holistic development. The nursery provides a child-centred environment inspired by Montessori principles, supporting independence, curiosity, and confidence in every child. The nursery offers bright, thoughtfully prepared learning spaces and a strong focus on holistic development. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities tailored to individual development Complete detailed observations and maintain accurate learning records Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Support children’s emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency of care Build strong, professional partnerships with parents and carers Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted standards Contribute to continuous improvement within the nursery Support daily routines including meal times and outdoor play Requirements Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare Right to work within the UK (no sponsorship required) Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or Childcare Practitioner Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards, inspection requirements An enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) will be required prior to employment in line with safeguarding and Ofsted regulations. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures Ability to build strong relationships with children and families Also suitable for: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse Level 3, Early Years Educator, Early Years Practitioner, Montessori Nursery Practitioner Company Culture The Nursery team environment is collaborative, supportive, and focused on professional growth.
