About the Opportunity As a Director, your time will be divided as follows: 40% on business development (mixture of existing and new clients) 60% on project delivery-related activities You will be part of a fast-growing PE-backed business that allows high-performing employees to make an impact and contribute to growing the business. You’ll act as a thought partner to leaders within top biopharma companies around the globe, helping them “see around the corner” by leveraging your therapeutic, clinical and commercial expertise to enable them to make critical business decisions with confidence. You need to have strong client management and relationship-building skills, as you’ll lead and inspire a global project team of Engagement Managers and Analysts, responsible for delivering high-quality insight-led strategic projects for clients effectively, efficiently and profitably. Your lens should be broad enough to think beyond the project, with a constant eye on opportunities to help build and expand client relationships, add value to brands and businesses, and deliver on our “land and expand” account growth model. You’ll be able to apply an entrepreneurial, growth-focused, strategic mindset broadly – to clients, the business and the team you lead. In addition, you’ll establish yourself as a credible strategic advisor to VP-level leadership, supported as required by Prescient VPs and senior leaders. As most of your clients will be based in the US, the Director position requires an expert understanding of the evolving US biopharmaceutical market and trends.
