Overview
Calling all ambitious, driven and strategically minded EAs with experience in high-growth, Private Equity or similar. My client is an exciting and fast-growing private equity firm, seeking a standout Executive Assistant to support its Founder/CEO. There is huge scope to make the role your own, and to grow into Chief of Staff, so ambition and drive are key.
The role
* Provide high-level EA and strategic support to the Founder
* Project management and ownership; juggling multiple projects at any one time
* Be a sounding board and right-hand
* Manage a demanding and ever-changing calendar with precision
* Coordinate meetings, calls, and complex travel
* Act as a gatekeeper and liaison with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and portfolio companies
* Prepare materials, presentations, and correspondence
* Help drive priorities and keep the Founder focused on strategic goals
* Pull reports, stay 10 steps ahead.
You will/have
* Must have 3+ yrs supporting senior leadership/MD/Partner/C-suite before
* Ambitious, hungry to learn and make an impact
* Intelligent and discreet, with excellent judgment and initiative
* Previous experience in financial services, investment management, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-moving start-up environment
* Graduate or graduate calibre
* Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
* Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office
* Self-starter, confident
* IT savvy
