Job Title: Electronics Technician

Term: Permanent, Full‑Time
Working Hours:

* Monday–Thursday: 08:30–17:15
* Friday: 08:00–12:30
* Total:37.5 hours per week

We are excited to be partnering with a key manufacturing business and are looking for anElectronicsTechnicianto join the team!


Electronics Technician Role Overview

We are seeking a skilledElectronicsTechnicianto support the testing, diagnosis, and repair of handheld electroâ€−mechanical devices. This is a hands‑on workshop‑based position where you will troubleshoot faults, identify root causes, and complete highâ€‑quality repairs to ensure equipment is returned to customers in excellent working order.

Working within an engineering‑led environment, theElectronicsTechnicianwill collaborate closely with technical specialists and production teams while maintaining strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable, safe, and accurate repairs.


Electronics Technician Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose faults on handheld electroâ€−mechanical instruments and testing equipment.
* Perform component‑level repairs, replacements, and adjustments.
* Conduct functional testing to verify successful repair and calibration.
* Work from repair instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
* Maintain accurate repair records and follow workshop processes.
* Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and performance standards.
* Collaborate with engineers to support continuous improvement and recurring fault analysis.


Qualifications & Experience

* Relevant proven experience in a similar repair or maintenance role.
* Strong understanding of electroâ€−mechanical systems.
* Fault‑finding experience across electrical and mechanical components.
* Previous exposure to workshop or service/repair environments desirable.
