An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join the maintenance team in the Newcastle/Middlesborough area.
JOB PURPOSETo carry out planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance in line with service-level agreements, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer service are consistently met.
JOB DUTIES
Undertake scheduled and emergency refrigeration maintenance across client sites.
Deliver work in line with agreed specifications, within the allocated timeframes.
Identify and resolve technical faults and maintenance issues efficiently.
Communicate with the Account Manager to support effective service delivery.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle (if provided).
Complete job-related paperwork and updates on internal and client systems.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous experience in commercial refrigeration maintenance.
F-Gas 2079 certification (essential).
Strong working knowledge of maintenance procedures and compliance standards.
Ability to work independently or within a team structure.
Excellent communication, fault-finding, and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence.
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
