The applicant should have significant experience in the provision of primary care and dermatology services ( RCGP/BAD GPwER Dermatology, Group 3 preferred), able to work independently and to provide supervision for junior colleagues when needed.

Main duties of the job
You willwork part time (2 sessions per week, including Wednesday afternoons) at our ElmLodge Surgery or Guys Hospital sites.
Our community dermatology service manages a wide-range of paediatricand adult dermatological conditions that would otherwise be referred tosecondary care; it triages dermatology referrals offering advice and guidance. The service is an IHL/ Guys and StThomas NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) collaboration and involved in many exciting initiatives toimprove patient care.

Southwark Community Dermatology/ Improving Health Ltd (IHL) seek an experienced dermatology practitioner, eg GP with Extended Role in Dermatology (GPwER group 1 or 3), accredited Dermatology GPSI or a clinician working as a Dermatology Trust Grade to join our dynamic, enthusiastic and progressive team.

Therole of the Southwark Community Dermatology (SCDS) GPwERs aims to be broadly in line with the RCGP 2018 Guidanceand competences to support the accreditation of GPs with Extended Roles(GPwERs).
Clinicianswill, in conjunction with Kings Health partners and under the auspices of IHL,provide a SEL CCG commissioned clinical service for Southwark GP registeredpatients with non-urgent dermatological problems outside the 2week waitremit.

* GMC registration with licence to practice
* Accredited RCGP/BAD GPwER in Dermatology (1/ or 3) or GPSI with dermatology diploma/ Dermatology Trust grade
* Performers List proof (any UK performers list acceptable)

* Proof of current NHS Employment
