Job Description Role Purpose/Objective: We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Systems Lead to support the business through a significant period of systems change and development. This fixed-term role will focus on implementing, embedding, and optimising multiple business systems, improving data quality and reporting. The role will act as a central point of expertise for systems and reporting, working collaboratively with existing system owners rather than replacing them. This is a key role during an important period of change, offering the opportunity to: Shape how systems and data support the business Deliver meaningful insight and improvements Leave a lasting, positive impact beyond the fixed-term period Key Responsibilities: Systems Implementation & Optimisation Support the implementation, stabilisation, and optimisation of multiple business systems, starting with: Reporting Systems (Jet Reports, Power BI) HR and people systems (Martian Logic/ATS, One Advanced/T&A/HRIS) Accounting and reporting systems (Dynamics) Act as a recognised subject matter expert across systems, providing guidance and challenge where appropriate. Reporting & Business Intelligence Partner closely with the Head of Group Finance and Business Analyst to rebuild and enhance business-wide reporting following system change. Develop Power BI dashboards and Jet Reports outputs to support decision-making. Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across systems. Training & Change Support Deliver training, guidance, and documentation to key individuals within the business who can support teams in the effective use of systems and reports. Support system-related projects from design through to implementation and embedding. Ensure changes are well tested and documented. Other As required by the business Experience/skills required: Essential Strong experience with reporting tools such as Jet Reporting and Power BI Proven experience in a business intelligence, systems, or reporting role. Experience supporting system implementations or significant system change. Experience working with multiple systems simultaneously in a changing environment. Ability to work pragmatically in environments where systems and processes are still evolving while consolidating and reviewing existing reports. Strong understanding of business operations and the application of best-practice principles to improve efficiency and performance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights. Desirable Experience with Dynamics Business Central, HR systems, or operational systems. Experience working in a project or transformation-focused role.
