We’re looking for a dedicatedLecturer (Multi-Skills)to join our Construction team, delivering high-quality teaching across a range of trades including Carpentry & Joinery, Brickwork, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing, and Tiling.

* Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
* Qualified to at least Level 2 in one trade area, with competence in at least one additional trade.
* Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a lecturing or training role within Further or Higher Education.
* Strong understanding of innovative teaching techniques and internal quality processes.
* Professional, customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons across multiple trade disciplines to further education learners.
* Develop curriculum materials and assess student work to ensure learning goals are met.
* Lead and coordinate course teams, contributing to course verification and quality assurance.
* Support student recruitment, guidance, and progression through mentoring and coaching.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge in your specialist areas and contribute to departmental development.
