An exciting opportunity is available for an Oxfordshire-based Recruitment Partner to lead the delivery of talent acquisition across a busy, multi-site organisation. Working closely with operational stakeholders and the Head of People, you’ll take ownership of a high-volume recruitment function, primarily focused on front-line roles. From refining the candidate experience to driving employer branding and improving onboarding processes, this is a strategic and hands-on position where no two days are the same.

Based full-time at the organisation's head office in Oxford, this role offers a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, along with a generous benefits package including a loyalty bonus and 34 days of annual leave, including bank holidays. Whilst we are ideally looking for someone full-time, we welcome applications from experienced recruiters seeking part-time or reduced hours opportunities.

About the Role:

* Lead end-to-end recruitment activity, with a focus on operational, high-volume vacancies
* Oversee recruitment marketing across social media, careers pages, and advertising platforms
* Enhance the candidate journey through effective pre-boarding and onboarding initiatives
* Monitor recruitment metrics and analyse ATS data to identify trends and opportunities
* Coordinate and support assessment days and open events
* Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment with training and business needs

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments
* Comfortable managing both strategic planning and day-to-day delivery
* Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
* Knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment compliance
