Role and Experience Level
The firm is seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer with around 1–3 years’ PQE to join its growing conveyancing team. This is an expansion role created due to sustained client demand and the firm’s continued growth trajectory in the property market. The position will suit someone who thrives in a client-facing, quality-focused environment, enjoys teamwork, and is ready to take ownership of their files while being well-supported.
Team and Culture
You’ll be joining a collaborative, friendly, and well-established team made up of six qualified conveyancers and six dedicated support staff. The team operates across two offices—East and South London—and takes pride in being proactive, communicative, and down-to-earth. The culture is highly inclusive, with a flat structure, regular knowledge sharing, and meaningful mentoring. You’ll work closely with experienced peers and receive one-to-one administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a mixed residential conveyancing caseload including freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership matters
* Handling transactions from instruction to completion, with full client ownership
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders
* Advising on title issues, lease extensions, and SDLT requirements
* Working collaboratively across both office locations with shared work allocation
* Contributing to team meetings, compliance procedures, and best practice sharing

Working Options
The firm offers a hybrid working model, typically with three days in the office and two from home. New joiners are asked to be in the office daily during the initial onboarding period to support integration, training, and collaboration.
Location
This role is based at the East London office within easy reach of the City, work is shared between both offices.
