What will you be doing?
* Issue enquiries, negotiate prices and terms, and place orders for project goods and services
* Analyse quotations and mitigate risks with key stakeholders
* Manage a portfolio of suppliers and complete assessments in line with QMS policy
* Expedite orders through to delivery and maintain accurate records on the ERP system
* Update procurement plans and report progress at weekly project meetings
* Support continuous improvement and maintain approved supplier lists
What do we need from you?
* Experience in capital equipment procurement within a fast-moving environment
* Flexible approach – from strategic input to hands-on expediting
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills
* Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
* Desirable: CIPS qualification (or working towards), knowledge of MF/1 Conditions of Contract, ERP systems, and technical drawings
