Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)

About the role
Bridgnorth agency, is recruiting for a Part-Time Business Lead Generator to join our growing and successful team. Working with upbeat and friendly colleagues, you will provide vital support to our commercial team by helping to generate new opportunities to develop our commercial portfolio.
As part of the role, you will develop and manage your own pipeline to identify and call prospects for commercial general insurance products/services. This includes occasional attendance at events/trade shows to find commercial prospects and build/implement appropriate contact strategies.
In addition, you will devise and generate publicity for the Agency to raise our profile and create business opportunities. This varied role will allow you to source and attend networking events and meetings to grow your personal network to generate prospects.
About you
This is a busy, pivotal role that requires someone who is highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage their time effectively. Additionally:
• An individual who can demonstrate a positive can-do mentality, is self-driven and resilient.
• You must have excellent communication skills to engage with prospective customers to obtain leads for our specialist team.
• Some previous experience in using a CRM system and in a sales/customer service environment is preferred.
• Insurance experience would be an advantage; however, it is not essential as full training will be given.

The position will be based in the Bridgnorth office where free staff car parking is available and it is conveniently located at the Bridgnorth Agricultural Centre on the outskirts of town.
Holiday allowance to be calculated based on successful candidates working hours (Pro-Rata 25 days per annum)
