Role Description
The Head of British Section will oversee and lead the British section's academic and administrative operations, ensuring high standards of education and fostering a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing curriculum strategies, supporting teaching staff, managing budgets, and promoting the section's growth and reputation. The role requires effective communication with students, families, and staff, as well as collaboration with external educational bodies. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in London.
Qualifications
* Teaching experience and proficiency in curriculum development and academic leadership
* Organizational, budgeting, and administrative skills for managing staff and resources
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
* Understanding of the British education system and familiarity with bilingual or international education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education or a related field, with relevant certifications
* Leadership experience in an educational setting is highly desirable
* Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment
