This unique HR advisory role is open to HR professionals at any level, offering invaluable experience advising on a broad range of HR processes and employment law for over 30,000 clients across various sectors. The People Manager will be responsible for providing reliable, commercially focused HR and employment law advice over the phone to clients, handling a variety of queries from general to complex issues. The role includes participation in an excellent training program and potential to attain a part post-graduate qualification.

The People Manager will also be responsible for:
1. Supporting all clients with quality advice to provide efficient, solution-based guidance via email or call, depending on client preference. This will primarily involve call advice.
2. Handling calls from clients with HR issues such as absence management, grievances, disciplinaries, etc.
3. Providing clients with supporting documentation to assist in implementing advice or solutions.
4. Using your HR and employment law expertise to develop clear, tailored responses.
5. Reviewing client documentation and advising based on internal terms and conditions.
6. Ensuring all advice requests are handled within the relevant service level agreements (SLAs).
To be considered, you should have:
* Good employment law knowledge through studies or practical experience.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent workplace experience (desirable).
* Experience in a KPI/target-driven environment, preferably in a shared service center (highly desirable).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Strong organizational skills and initiative.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
