About The Role
Role: Service Delivery Operative
Location: Heywood (OL10 2SX)
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Salary: £23,887.50 Per Annum

This position involves handling and indexing customer records with a focus on data security. Responsibilities include tracking and protecting information, maintaining accurate paperwork, using the O’Neil Records Management system, and managing the storage and dispatch of records. The role is integral to ensuring the secure handling and destruction of documents in accordance with documented procedures. This position offers career development opportunities within our expanding organization.
Responsibilities:
* Track, check, and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
* Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
* Utilize the O’Neil Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
* Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
* Retrieve and prepare customer records for dispatch or destruction, ensuring accurate recording of all movements.
About You:
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Effective team player with basic IT skills and interpersonal abilities.
* Flexible and adaptable attitude.
* A full driving license would be beneficial due to the location of the site.
* Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial
* Experience with VNA/Scissor Lift or Forklift would be beneficial although full training till be provided.
* No issues with working at heights (up to 50 foot)
* No issues with physicality or lifting items up to 25kg
