Business Development Manager – Oxfordshire, GB
CEVA Logistics is a global third‑party logistics provider operating in more than 170 countries with over 110,000 employees. The Finished Vehicle Logistics team seeks a Business Development Manager to grow new and existing B2B opportunities for FVL products.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Business Development for FVL, you will:
* Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities focused on selling FVL products.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline through strategic and targeted planning.
* Build effective relationships with prospective customers to fully understand their requirements.
* Work closely with warehouse operations to embed and implement client solutions.
* Collaborate with operational and product leaders to align objectives and strategies.
* Support the Head of BD in achieving growth targets across FVL products.
Desired Qualifications
You will have a proven track record of delivering sustained growth and the ability to develop pipelines through strategic planning. A consultative selling style, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and experience selling to senior-level decision makers are essential.
