Factory Fabrication Foreman Glasgow
Due to our current workload, we are seeking a skilled Factory Fabrication Foreman to join our team in Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the fabrication workshop.
* Lead and manage a team of fabricators and welders.
* Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and production standards.
* Plan and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines efficiently.
* Provide training and guidance to team members.
Requirements:
* Proven background in welding and fabrication.
* Previous experience as a foreman or supervisor in a fabrication/factory environment.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
Salary: Pay rate dependent on experience, up to £45,000 per year.
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
