As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Air Logistics Perishables team. You will support the coordination of air freight shipments while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This position operates on a rotating shift pattern of 4 days on followed by 4 days off.
How you create impact
* Deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipment documentation
* Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers
* Coordinate bookings, collections, and deliveries efficiently
* Support smooth day-to-day operational activities
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
* Contribute positively to a collaborative and results-driven team environment
What we would like you to bring
* Air Logistics experience preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Confident working independently and within a team
* Good computer literacy and attention to detail
* Professional and customer-focused approach
* Interest in systems, IT, or AI is beneficial
