A fast-growing B2B SaaS company is hiring a commercially sharp, enterprise-level Sales Executive to take ownership of strategic accounts and drive new business across the energy, utilities, and regulated sectors. This is a consultative, high-value sales role, suited to a hunter who can navigate complex organisations and negotiate premium subscription-based deals.
The Role
* Lead sales cycles from initial outreach to close, focusing on large, multi-stakeholder accounts
* Confidently challenge client thinking to uncover deeper value and expand scope
* Own and manage long-term relationships across departments and seniority levels
* Work closely with product and marketing to shape propositions based on customer insight
* Navigate pricing conversations and commercial models with autonomy
* Identify new market opportunities through trend analysis and customer feedback
What You Bring
* Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales
* Strong hunter mentality with a pragmatic, consultative approach
* Experience working with or selling into energy retailers or regulated sectors
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Solid understanding of commercial SaaS/subscription models
* Able to adapt pitch dynamically to room energy and decision-makers
