Key Responsibilities
* Provide classroom support to pupils with additional needs
* Work alongside teachers to adapt learning activities
* Encourage positive behaviour and social development
* Support students on both a 1:1 and small group basis
* Assist with monitoring progress and pupil engagement
* Help create a calm and inclusive learning environment
The School is Looking For:
* Previous experience supporting children or young people
* A patient and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence supporting pupils with varying learning needs
* A genuine passion for education and inclusion
