We are looking for people who are passionate about the education and wellbeing of children, and who want to work as part of a supportive community to make a lasting difference in the lives of our pupils We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced, hard-working and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team at Crowle CE Primary School. The successful candidate will support children on a 1:1 basis and also work with small groups. They will provide behaviour support strategies, build positive relationships with children, adapt work to meet individual needs and deliver targeted interventions designed to support individual learners. The contract is fixed term and will end when named child/ren leave the school. Our staff team is exceptionally welcoming, and new colleagues quickly feel part of our close‑knit community. We value one another highly, and there is a genuine sense of friendship, trust and shared purpose across the school. Every member of staff plays an important role in helping our pupils flourish, and we believe that adults and children thrive best when they grow together.
