* Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of commercial property specialists.
* Build and strengthen client relationships, encouraging repeat and referral business.
* Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and business development initiatives.
* Oversee complex transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and re‑mortgages.
Skills / Requirements
* Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 7 Years PQE.
* Proven track record in team leadership and management.
* Strong business development skills, with ability to grow client relationships and revenue streams.
* Excellent technical knowledge of commercial property law and transaction processes.
