We are a busy surgery in the heart of Ipswich, with the aim of our practice utilising the combined skills and knowledge of its clinical and non‑clinical staff to provide a cohesive and efficient service to our patient population. We strive to provide a service to its patients that benefits all. We work together to improve GP services and work alongside the CCG and CQC to implement key medical advances. By using our shared expertise to tackle the challenges of general practice today, we can keep local surgeries thriving and provide the excellent care that our patients need.

Person Specification
Experience
* Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
* Team player with a dash of independence
* Enhanced DBS check
* UK work permit (if required)
* Chronic disease management
* Primary prevention and screening services
* Clinical Governance
* Delivery of QoF targets
* Self‑audit and reflection
* Organised and efficient in record keeping and completion of paperwork
* Time management - being able to prioritise work and work under pressure
* Experience of working a variety of clinical software systems
* Adaptability to change
Qualifications
* Full GMC registration
* Relevant professional body membership
* Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)
* General practice (Vocational Training Scheme) trained
* On a medical performers list
* UK driving licence
* Current CPR certificate
