What you’ll be doing
1. Supports the delivery of routine daily activities and is accountable for system design, build, testing, validation, maintenance, and ongoing support of all network infrastructure components.
2. Assists the implementation of network technology that aligns to customers’ strategic direction for enterprise and remote site connectivity.
3. Supports the installation, testing, and setup of new network hardware both physical and virtual (firewalls, routers, switching, monitoring) hardware and software.
4. Executes engineering efforts to ensue currency and supportability of networking technology.
5. Collates data, reports and information supporting technology lifecycle planning, including contributing to the development of the technology roadmaps and Network Health Assessments.

What we'd like to see on your CV
Mandatory experience:
11. Service management experience within the IT industry
12. Ability to take responsibility, ownership and autonomy of delegated platform operations and deliverables
13. Cisco CCNA (R&S) Certified or equivalent experience
14. Design, test, delivery and/or support of Routing, Switching and Firewall platforms
Desired Experience:
15. Cisco CCNA (R&S and/or Security) Certified or higher
16. Cisco ISE
17. Cisco Firepower and FMC
18. Scripting, e.g. Terraform/Python/Ansible
