Technical Supervisor Doves Farm Foods Ltd is a successful, award-winning, family-owned food business, specialising in artisan, organic and free from flours and foods. It operates a portfolio of loved, market leading brands including Doves Farm, FREEE and Wessex Mill. The Technical Supervisor role will provide a first point of contact for day to day running of the technical team as well as supporting with technical training, technical audits and follow up for corrective actions and site improvements. The role will provide direct supervision for the QA function as well as supplier and customer information required. The role is office based full time on our site 3 miles outside Hungerford in the beautiful North Wessex Downs. TEAM The role will be part of the Doves Farm Foods technical team and reports to the Head of Technical and Compliance. It will also work closely with the production team leaders to monitor quality and lead production quality training and improvements to ensure products consistently meet legal and customer quality standards.
