📍 Manchester (Hybrid – up to 2 days WFH) | 💰 £40,000 (salary range may vary)

We use world‑class technology to elevate the industry and we’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to optimise processes, enhance data‑driven decision making, and drive operational excellence across our sales and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
 * Manage and improve the sales tech stack, ensuring seamless integrations with HubSpot and other tools.
 * Build, track and report on key performance metrics and dashboards to support data‑driven decisions.
 * Automate workflows to streamline sales operations and reduce friction across sales, marketing and finance.
 * Develop and optimize commission structures, sales targets and KPIs to drive team success.
 * Collaborate closely with VP of Sales, marketing and finance to align strategies and improve operational effectiveness.
 * Continuously refine processes and technology to support a growing sales function.
Qualifications
 * Strong experience with HubSpot: backend process optimisation, reporting, and seamless integrations.
 * Proficient in data analysis and using insights to improve sales performance and efficiency.
 * Experience building and managing commission plans, sales targets and KPIs.
 * Ability to implement automation that streamlines sales operations.
 * Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides for data management, reporting and presentations.
 * Proactive, team‑player who works cross‑functionally with sales, marketing and finance.
 * Structured thinker who identifies inefficiencies and implements data‑backed solutions.

Interview Process
Three stages: Introductory call with Talent, Technical interview and presentation with VP of Sales, followed by a final interview with VP of Sales and the Co‑Founder.
