IT Support Analyst - Aylesbury - MSP - £32K-£36K

An IT Support Analyst with strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, good networking knowledge and ideally previous MSP experience is required to join a close-knit MSP based in Aylesbury.
Here you'll gain exposure to supporting their growing clients base of 30 SMEs providing remotely support, with some elements of field work when required.
Key Skills required:
* Windows Server 22/19/16 experience, Windows OS 11-10 support
* Office 365 administration and support, both hybrid on on-prem environements
* Active Directory
* Group Policy (DNS/DHCP)
* Good knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), with troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks
* Hardware and software troubleshooting
* Configuring and setting up routers, e.g. Draytek, Cisco
* Previous MSP experience is preferred
* Full UK Drivers licence
As the IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving technical queries, troubleshooting and diagnosing user issues, liaising with vendors, and offering proactive advice to users. You will also be expected to provide technical support to all internal departments and answer any related triages.
