We are looking for a driven Lead UX Researcher to help establish and shape our research practice, you will be working closely with the UX Director and Product Leaders to contribute and to the global product strategy. Support the UX Director and Lead Product Designers to identify and prioritize research needs globally. Establish the research practice across all regions globally. Own and lead research activities, ensuring that best practice is being followed. Use UX research and insights to contribute to the global product strategy and business goals. Ensure that your team is supported while they are conducting research activities. Mentor and manage a team of researchers to build and improve the research practice globally. Develop and cultivate strong relationships with multidisciplinary peers and product leaders. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED? Be an experienced research practitioner and a skilled team lead. Experience in managing and mentoring UX researchers. Track record of impacting product strategy and design direction using research and insights. Experience in applying lean research methods and working in an agile environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with a wide range of peers and stakeholders from senior leaders to UX designers. Experience of coaching and mentoring teams and individuals to adopt research best practice across the organization. Experience in advocating for UX research throughout the organization.
