We are looking for an experienced motor mechanic to work in our busy garage.
You must be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be able to work on a number of vehicles, with the capability of diagnosing mechanical issues and creating a plan of action to resolve problems and report to the manager of what is needed. The position is ideal for those who enjoy working on vehicles and have an interest in automotive repair.
Wheel alignment experience would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
* Understand the basic concepts of this job.
* Use equipment safely and efficiently, including hand tools and power tools.
* Perform general maintenance on this equipment.
* Maintain a clean work area.
* Reliable and efficent
Applicants must have their own tools.
Hours:
You will be working Monday to Friday 10am-6.30pm.
Pay Rate:
Highly negotiable depending on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
