Customer API Integration Specialist
Salary in the region of £30,000 depending on relevant skills and experience, with a 10% annual bonus potential, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 27.5 days after 10 years), and a company pension scheme with competitive contributions.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working pattern. You will need to attend the Milton Keynes office at least 3 days per week, with full attendance during the initial 2 months of training.
Royal Mail's Customer Solutions Team manages technical support for internal and external customers, ensuring efficient support for shipping and tracking integrations.

About the role
* Provide support to customers to implement suitable integration solutions
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding customer integration updates
* Work with suppliers on issue resolution
* Maintain documentation for ongoing support
* Manage relationships with sales teams to identify IT opportunities
* Ensure customer satisfaction by onboarding solutions on time
* Communicate about system outages
* Analyze data to identify improvements
About you
To excel, you should have:
* Experience supporting external customers
* Stakeholder engagement skills, including at senior levels
* Technical knowledge, preferably in APIs
* Understanding of the express parcels industry
* Knowledge of web services, data analysis, and security concepts
* Influencing and people management skills
* Collaborative approach
