Contracts / Project Manager Luxury Retail Fit-Out
Greater London / TW12 | Full-Time
Were looking for a driven, hands-on Contracts / Project Manager to join our fast-paced team delivering high-impact interior fit-outs for some of the worlds most iconic luxury retail brands.
Youll play a key role in managing fast-track projects from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with clients and consultants, and leading delivery alongside experienced Site Managers to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.

What Youll Be Doing
* Managing the full project lifecycle across multiple luxury retail fit-outs
* Leading delivery in collaboration with dedicated Site Managers
* Overseeing contracts, procurement, programming, and commercial control
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients and project teams
* Ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and finish on every site
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience in luxury retail interior fit-out
* Strong commercial and contract management expertise
* Previous shop fitting experience for a main contractor
* Site-aware leadership, able to coordinate with on-site teams effectively
* Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional spaces, to tight deadlines
