Print Design Assistant Responsibilities:
* Support senior designers in developing new textile concepts and product designs
* Carry out trend research and market analysis to help shape seasonal direction
* Assist in the creation of mood boards, color palettes, and material references
* Prepare clear and professional design presentations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
* Contribute to the development of nursery-ready products aligned with brand identity
* Work closely with teams across product development and engineering to bring designs to life
What We're Looking For:
* Actively participate in design reviews, offering fresh ideas and supporting design updates
* A degree or relevant experience in textile, fashion, or product design (or similar field)
* Passionate about baby products, lifestyle design, and emerging consumer trends
* Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; digital drawing experience is a bonus
* Strong understanding of color, texture, and form, with a willingness to learn and adapt
* Basic awareness of how design translates to production, including material constraints
* Capable of compiling research, creating mood boards, and clearly presenting ideas
* Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
* Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication and collaboration skills
