We are looking for an ambitious and personable Recruitment Consultant to join our education team, specialising in placing teaching and support staff into primary, secondary, and SEND schools.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, MATs, and education professionals
Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to placement
Source, interview, and clear candidates in line with safeguarding and compliance standards
Match candidates to suitable roles including daily supply, long-term, and permanent placements
Meet weekly KPIs and revenue targets while maintaining high service standards
Stay up to date with market trends and school staffing needs
Requirements: Experience in recruitment, preferably within education or a regulated sector
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., DBS checks, KCSIE, RTW)
Resilient, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
