GSL Education are looking for a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with SEN in a Key Stage 1 class at a well-regarded primary school in Brentwood.

The Role:
* Provide one-to-one support to a pupil with SEN in KS1, helping them access the curriculum effectively.
* Support academic, social, and emotional development in line with individual learning plans.
* Assist with classroom activities, encouraging independence and confidence.
* Collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO, and other support staff to ensure consistency and progress.
* Implement strategies to support positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
* Monitor and provide feedback on pupil progress.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary school setting.
* Patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Confident in following care plans and support strategies.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential.
