Reports to: Marketing Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a capable, proactive Marketing Executive to plan and deliver multi-channel B2B marketing activity. This role is instrumental in building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and engaging business audiences through digital channels, email campaigns, and content marketing.

You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, digital marketing operations, and performance reporting, helping to drive measurable growth across gasworld’s subscriptions, data products, and paid content. The role requires someone comfortable working independently, with strong attention to detail and a commercial mindset.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive or Senior Marketing Executive ready to step into a broader, performance-focused role in a fast-evolving business.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

· Plan and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation

· Maintain campaign calendars, coordinate asset delivery, and manage timelines and approvals

· Monitor performance and contribute to post-campaign reporting and optimisation

· Support promotion of digital lead-generation assets such as webinars, white papers, guides, and gated content

Email Marketing

· Build and distribute email campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and grow contact base and client engagement

· Manage segmented mailing lists and automated workflows (pre- and post-event journeys, nurture sequences)

· Track campaign metrics and continuously test and optimise for improved performance

Social Media & Digital Engagement

· Create and schedule content across LinkedIn and X (Twitter), tailored to a B2B audience

· Monitor platform engagement and contribute to social listening

· Support lead-focused paid social and remarketing campaigns

Digital Campaign Support

· Develop and maintain landing pages, email nurture sequences, and supporting campaign assets

· Manage post-campaign follow-up and performance tracking to help convert interest into qualified leads

· Create and maintain sales and marketing collateral, including one-pagers, promotional materials, and internal enablement assets

· Support creation of short-form video content and graphics as needed

· Maintain the marketing asset library to ensure version control and brand consistency

Data & Reporting

· Track and report on key marketing metrics, including engagement, lead volume, and conversion rates

· Maintain CRM and email databases, ensuring segmentation and data accuracy

· Build dashboards and campaign reports for internal stakeholders

Internal Collaboration

· Work with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with lead-generation and commercial goals

· Participate in campaign planning and feedback loops

· Share performance insights to inform future strategy and content development

Skills & Experience

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Force24 and Microsoft Dynamics a plus)

· Experience managing paid and organic social media activity (especially LinkedIn)

· Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and customer journeys

· Excellent organisational abilities, with confidence managing multiple priorities

· High attention to detail across content creation, scheduling, and data management

· A proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work with autonomy

· Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Adobe, Canva

· Experience in subscription marketing, B2B media, or data products

· A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, will be considered with demonstrable results
